Fresh Herb Emulsion - Wild Garlic
Foraged locally in Essex, we have made a beautiful Seasonal Special Edition Wild Garlic Emulsion Dip. Wild garlic is not as overpowering as garlic cloves but still carries a wonderful fresh flavour.
We like to pair it with our Tapioca Crisps as a deliciously sophisticated snack, perfect with an aperitif. Our versatile emulsions can be used in so many ways. Why not try some of our suggestions below:
• Boil some 'best of season' new potatoes until tender and when cool, coat them with our fabulous emulsions to create a gorgeous potato salad to enjoy with a quiche or BBQ meat, fish and vegetables
• Serve alongside some grilled meat or fish as a condiment.
• Dip your chips or add to a grilled chicken burger.
• Elevate your bruschettas and bring your canapés to life.

Storage: Store in a cool dry cupboard. Once opened, store in a fridge and consume within a week.
